Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues. Orders are not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from hello@highwatersage.com.

Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally. Processing times vary by item and will be noted on each product listing. Once your order ships delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for return. Please email hello@highwatersage.com to begin a return or exchange request.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@highwatersage.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Highwater Sage is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Highwater Sage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Our Commitment to Artists

Highwater Sage proudly collaborates with independent artists and makers. We are committed to fair, transparent, and respectful partnerships. All artist collaborations are established through a formal agreement prior to any work being listed, promoted, or sold.

Artist Rights

All artists retain full rights to their original work. Highwater Sage does not claim ownership of any artist's original designs, patterns, or creative work beyond what is agreed upon in writing. Artists featured on our site have authorized Highwater Sage to display and sell their work under agreed terms only.

Contacting an Artist

We respect the privacy and professional boundaries of every artist we work with. If you are interested in contacting an artist for commissions, collaborations, wholesale inquiries, or any other purpose please do not attempt to contact artists directly through social media or other channels without their permission.

We will pass your inquiry along to the artist. They will respond at their own discretion. We do not share artist personal contact information, email addresses, phone numbers, or social media handles without their explicit written consent.

Artist Compensation

Highwater Sage is committed to fair and timely compensation for all artist partners. Compensation terms are outlined in individual artist agreements. Artists should contact hello@highwatersage.com for any compensation inquiries.

Unauthorized Use of Artist Work

Reproducing, copying, reselling, or claiming ownership of any artist's work featured on this site is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action on behalf of both Highwater Sage and the artist.

All artists associated with Highwater Sage are expected to uphold the values of our community — respect, integrity, and belonging. Highwater Sage reserves the right to end any partnership that conflicts with these values.

Expected Behavior

Unacceptable Behavior

The following will not be tolerated in our community. Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind. Threats, intimidation, or bullying. Spam, scams, or fraudulent activity. Unauthorized use or reproduction of artist or brand content. Impersonation of Highwater Sage, our artists, or our team.

Reporting

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these standards please report it to hello@highwatersage.com. All reports are taken seriously and handled with care and confidentiality.

Consequences

Violations of our community standards may result in removal from our community, cancellation of orders, termination of artist partnerships, and reporting to appropriate platforms or authorities.

Ownership

All content on highwatersage.com including photos, text, logos, product designs, brand elements, graphics, and copy is the property of Highwater Sage or the respective contributing artists. All rights are reserved.

Artist Work

All artist work featured on this site is used with the artist's knowledge and permission and remains the intellectual property of the respective artist. Highwater Sage does not transfer or waive artist intellectual property rights.

Prohibited Uses

You may not without written permission copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this site, use our brand name, logo, or tagline in any way, create derivative works based on our products or artist work, use our content for commercial purposes, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models on any content from this site.

No content from highwatersage.com including text, images, product data, artist work, or any other material may be used to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our express written consent. Enforcement
